ARK OUTCOMES

Challenge

During Project Convergence Capstone 5 (PCC5), the U.S. Army tested logistics operations under contested conditions that revealed critical gaps. Manual planning processes created delays coordinating resupply operations, information silos prevented visibility across echelons, and traditional methods lacked predictive capabilities, forcing commanders to operate reactively unable to identify supply shortages before compromising missions.

Solution

Ark’s Logistics Application provides integrated capabilities enabling predictive analytics and real-time visibility in contested environments. The Application’s Workflows eliminate reactive planning by identifying inventory shortages, provide immediate visibility into mission-capable platforms and inventory updates, and generate optimized load plans with convoy routes for resupply missions.

Impact

Ark transforms Army logistics from reactive processes to AI-enabled decision-making. For the first time, logistics integrates with other warfighting functions creating real-time inventory awareness and predictive logistics capabilities. Teams create resupply planning in 1 hour versus 36 hours, achieving a 97% time reduction. Risk-to-resolution processes accelerate 16x faster, from 4 hours to 15 minutes, enabling teams to anticipate requirements, reduce risk, and execute with precision.
