1. SCOPE OF PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our website, interact with our emails, or otherwise interact with Govini as a representative of an existing or potential business customer (collectively our “Services”).
When acting as a service provider (also referred to as a data processor) to our business customer, we may process personal information of their employees in accordance with our agreement with them. The personal information of these employees will be processed pursuant to our business customer’s privacy policy, not ours. Please refer to the privacy policy of the relevant business customer for more information.
Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to non-Govini websites or services that state that they are offered under a different privacy policy. Please review the privacy policies on those websites and applications directly to understand their privacy practices.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on the nature of your interaction with Govini, we may collect personal information as follows:
- Directly from you, when you provide information to us or interact with us:
- Account information, including your name, email address, selected password, and communications preferences when you create a Govini account.
- Contact information, including your name, telephone number, email address, mailing address, and any other information you choose to include when you communicate with us via email, mail, phone, or other channels.
- Your image captured by security cameras at our properties.
- Any additional information you choose to provide, including questions, suggestions, and feedback.
- Automatically from you, device information and online user activity when you utilize our website, as described in the next section
3. COOKIES AND INFORMATION COLLECTED BY AUTOMATED MEANS
When you interact with our website, certain information about your use of our website is automatically collected, including:
- Usage details about your interaction with our website, such as the date, time, and length of visits, specific pages or content accessed during the visits, search terms, frequency of the visits, and referring website address.
