Eric Schatz is the Chief Performance Officer at Govini. Prior to joining Govini, Eric was the Vice President of PMO & Continuous Improvement at a leading HR technology company, Symphony Talent, where he led software implementation teams and drove executive-level operational initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked at private equity firm Symphony Technology Group as a management consultant and also has experience in software sales and account management. Eric holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington.
