Lieutenant General Frank J. Lozano currently serves as the Director of Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE Fires) at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. In this capacity, he is the senior leader responsible for prioritizing and synchronizing acquisition functions across the Fires enterprise to deliver cutting-edge warfighting capabilities. LTG Lozano assumed this position in November 2025, following his successful tenure as the Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Missiles and Space at Redstone Arsenal.
Since joining the Army Acquisition Corps in 2001, Lozano has held numerous leadership positions, including Project Manager for the Lower Tier Project Office and Chief of Staff for ASA(ALT). His career includes advising the Army’s Vice Chief of Staff and managing soldier protective equipment and weapons.
A graduate of the U.S. Army War College, Lozano also holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington. His distinguished service includes combat deployments to Bosnia, Kuwait, and Iraq. He is a highly decorated officer, earning the Bronze Star Medal and the Ranger Tab, and holds multiple professional certifications in engineering and program management.
