Chuck Cash is the Chief Revenue Officer at Govini, responsible for all revenue-related activities across the company’s client base. Formerly at Salesforce and Oracle, as a VP for all or part of DoD sales, at TIBCO as VP of Federal Sales, and at PTC as a director and sales executive on the Federal, Aerospace & Defense Team. Prior to that, Chuck was a naval officer and Navy pilot, flying missions in the Atlantic Ocean, Mediterranean Sea, Red Sea and many other locations around the world. His shore assignments included a tour at The White House and as an admiral’s aide. Chuck graduated with a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, and a M.S. from the Johns Hopkins University.

During her tenure at OnPoint and Sapient, Olivia served as Sr. Market Researcher and Business Developer, conducting in depth competitive and teaming partner analyses; proposal coordinator, and vehicle administrator for Alliant SB, ITS-SB, 8(a) STARS II, and others, for task order based business development.

Jim Mitre is the Chief Strategy Officer at Govini. He oversees a team of data scientists and analysts focused on solving national security challenges. Prior to joining Govini, Jim was the Principal Director for Strategy & Force Development in the Office of the Secretary of Defense where he worked on defense strategy, strategic analysis, and force development. He also served as the Executive Director of the 2018 National Defense Strategy, the Department’s preeminent strategic guidance document. While with the Defense Department, Jim served in Kabul, Afghanistan and Nairobi, Kenya. He previously co-founded a private counterterrorism research organization, the SITE Institute. Jim holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan Business School.

Tara Murphy Dougherty is the CEO of Govini. Prior to her role as CEO, Tara served as Govini’s President of National Security, leading strategy and growth, and overseeing Govini’s work with all federal clients. Tara has held leadership positions in technology across industry, government, and non-profit sectors, including at Palantir Technologies and serving as Chief of Staff for Global Strategic Affairs in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, among other senior roles. Tara holds a BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MA in Security Studies from Georgetown University. She is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

He was previously CEO of The Stonehurst Consulting Group, a Partner at BCG and President of their Federal practice, Senior Partner with A.T. Kearney, and Senior Vice President at BearingPoint and a Partner at KPMG. Bob served as an officer in US Air Force. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering for Lafayette College and an MBA from the University of Florida. Ambassador C. Boyden Gray is the founding partner of Boyden Gray & Associates, a law and strategy firm in Washington, D.C., focused on constitutional and regulatory issues. Prior to Govini he founded Novitas Group, a tech startup that used a unique talent-opportunity matching platform to aid veterans in their search for meaningful employment. As the CEO of Mission Essential, Chris led growth from $185 million to $750 million in three years. Chris is also an adjunct associate professor of national security studies at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service Security Studies Program. Chris spent 14 years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an enlisted infantryman and Force Recon Marine. Chris holds an MBA from the College of William & Mary, and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School. Chris is a member of the Board of Trustees of the American University of Afghanistan, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Atlantic Council.

Admiral Winnefeld graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Aerospace Engineering and served for 37 years in the United States Navy. He instructed at the Navy Fighter Weapons School, also known as Topgun, and served as senior aide-de-camp to General Colin L. Powell. He commanded a fighter squadron, the amphibious ship USS CLEVELAND, and the aircraft carrier USS ENTERPRISE. As a flag officer, he commanded a carrier, two NATO commands, the United States SIXTH Fleet, United States NORTHERN Command, and the North American Aerospace Defense Command, also known as NORAD. He retired in 2015 after serving as the ninth Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the United States’ number two ranking military officer. He currently serves as Distinguished Professor at the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at Georgia Tech, where he is also a member of the Engineering Hall of Fame, is a senior non-resident fellow at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, is a member the Board of Visitors of the United States Naval Academy, and serves on the board of the U.S. Naval Institute.

Bob Work has served under five Secretaries of Defense as the Deputy Secretary of Defense and as the Undersecretary of the Navy, from 2009-2017. Prior to his government civilian service, Mr. Work served in the United States Marine Corps for 27 years, retiring as a Colonel. He is a leading voice in defense strategy, operations, technology, and programming and budgeting. Mr. Work was awarded the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Public Service, the National Intelligence Distinguished Public Service Medal, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Joint Distinguished Civilian Service Award, and the Distinguished Public Service Awards from the Departments of the Army, Air Force, and Navy. He holds a Master of International Public Policy degree from the Johns Hopkins School of International Studies, a Master of Science in Space Systems Operations degree from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Master of Systems Management degree from the University of Southern California.
